This luxurious villa has 5 beautiful and variously decorated rooms with a high hotel standard, with soothing and hamonious touch. All rooms have double beds, ensuite bathrooms. There is a large kitchen and dining area in the villa.
Indoors you find a fantastic industrial kitchen and a dining room with incredible space and beams in the ceiling. Finish the evening in the lounge in front of one of the villa's two fireplaces.
Great terraces, heated swimming pool and living areas, several outdoor dining spots, an outdoor kitchen, privacy and large pool area makes it a great holiday house and retreat location.

Modern Mediterranean style
Villa Punta Prima's common areas give you the opportunity to enjoy and have a relaxing stay. Carefully selected material choices and décor create harmony.
Kitchen
Fully equipped black kitchen with site cast concrete slabs. The kitchen has, among other things, two refrigerators, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Here you have rustic and durable floors and walls. The ceiling is made of black bamboo. Through the glass door reaches the laundry room of the house
Dining room
The dining room has a built-in dining table that can be arranged according to needs and purposes. There is a coffee station and a small private seating area to have your morning coffee at. The hall has a ceiling height of five metres and beams in the ceiling. A mighty fireplace is in the middle of the room. The industrial glass separates the dining room from the kitchen and lounge.
Lounge
A perfect start or end of the day takes place in the lounge. Sink down in front of the fireplace in one of the leather armchairs with a book and leave everyday life in this hideaway.
The rooms

Villa Punta Prima offers you five double rooms. In four of the rooms it is possible to add another bed space.

The décor is carefully selected and when we renovated and created the rooms, we tried to preserve as much as possible. For example, old doors have become headboards and the old garage door an interior wall.
Pool area
Secluded luxury
The pool area is surrounded by lush palm trees and plants. Here you can now enjoy and relax on one of the sun loungers or chill in the shade on the daybed.
The heated pool is built in large cement slabs that provide a turquoise water. The pool has a seating area and is sloping to a depth of about 180 cm. Adjacent to the pool is also the outdoor shower in gold.

Outdoor
A lush peaceful oasis
The covered outdoor dining room has two long tables built from the villa's former front doors. In the dining room you will also find a long black kitchen counter with stovetop and sink in black brass. Above the long tables there are ceiling fans for warm and long evenings
Barbecue facilities and herb garden can be found on a private wooden deck. Behind the herb garden there is a dining table under the parasol, perfect for a morning coffee. Next to the grill is a site-built bench where the oregano grows.
A lush lawn with palm trees, olive trees and other plants delimits the pergola. The pergola gives you the opportunity for total relaxation in a lovely environment. Sit down in the sturdy lounge armchairs and listen to the chirping song of the birds.
The driveway to Villa Punta Prima is of grass reinforcement – there you park your car and pick up the bikes.
Surroundings
The surroundings are calm and quiet, however you are still close to Punta Prima village - with shops, restaurants and cafés, and Alicante is only 40 minutes away.
Punta Prima is an urbanization that is divided between Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja, which belongs to the province of Alicante in the Valencian Community.
Punta Prima is popular as a destination all year round. Regardless of nationality and time of year, you will be seduced by the proximity to the beach combined with the opportunity for various leisure activities.
