Yoga/Wellness Retreat

Welcome to your Yoga/Wellness Retreat!​

Check out from your everyday life to revitalize and restore your energy. ​ We want to provide a relaxing experience with just the right balance between movement, self-care & rest. ​

Through our nourishing retreat program you will let go of stress and tension, release stagnant energy and give yourself and your body the time and attention you deserve.​

We will practice yoga daily in various styles like energizing morning flows, balance focus & deeply stretching and meditative Yin yoga.​

Calming and soothing guided meditations will also be held daily, as well as reflective self-check in sessions to help you connect with your inner peace.​

We will practise Pranayama (breath work) and have peaceful activities out in nature that will help you gain clarity and feel revived.​

There will be plenty of free time to enjoy our lovely oasis, to chill out with your favorite book by the pool or take a lovely dip in the Mediterranean sea - just a short walk away from Villa Punta Prima.​

This retreat will be suitable for all levels, modifications and variations will be given. ​

We offer two different packages​

• Prima Retreats 3 nights Yoga/Wellness retreat​ (Price 555 €)
• Prima Retreats 4 nights Yoga/Wellness retreat (Price 666 €)

Included on the price:

- 3 or 4 nights (part in a double room) in the fantastic Villa Punta Prima.

- Yoga classes in various styles​

- Guided meditation classes​

- Airport transfer and transfer to various activities.​

- Prima Retreats healthy breakfast packages​.

- Private chef and dinner on Friday night.​

- Welcome package.​

- Prima Retreats host on site.​

You will pay 50% of the price here by booking your spot and the rest will be send to you on invoice by e-mail. 

We accept payments by credit card or Paypal in the last step in the booking process.
